Here are 10 important life lessons that have withstood the test of time

1. Your life is now.
We are still waiting for something amazing to happen in the future that will be the key to our happiness.

But this is all. Your life is right now. Life is still a series of lines. So learn to love your life right now and you will have an incredible life.

2. Fear is an illusion (mostly).
Most of the things we fear never happen. Or if they happen, they are rarely as bad as we fear they will be. For most of us, fear is the worst thing that will happen to us. The reality is not so painful.

3. Rules of relations.
At the end of the day, what matters most are the people in our lives.

Put them first every day. Before work Before the computer. Before your hobbies. Treat them as if they were your everything. Because they are.

4. The debt is not worth it.
Nothing is more exhausting and humiliating than being in debt.

Buying things you can not afford can cause you a short-term buzz, but in the long run, it's extremely stressful.

Spend below your means. Save money. Wait until you can pay it. Live free

5. Your children are not you.
You are the recipient to bring your children into the world and their caregivers until they can take care of themselves.

You can teach them, love them and support them, but you can not change them. They are unique individuals who must live their own lives and learn from their own mistakes. Leave them.

6. Things accumulate dust.
The time and money spent accumulating material things will irritate you one day.

You have to clean, maintain, store and move things. The less things you have, the freer you are. Buy with attention. Simplify. Order your life

7. Fun is underestimated.
How much of your day is fun? Very funny?

Life is short. You should enjoy it. Do not do serious things that do not have to be.

Create more fun in your life. Do not worry about what others think of your fun. Just enjoy it.

8. Failure is good.
We strive to avoid failure, but failure is the real evidence that we have had the courage to try.

If you avoid failure, you avoid acting. Wait and accept that failure is part of the experience. Learn from it, grow from it and move on.

9. Friendships need care.
One of the five major regrets of death is that they let their friends fade away.

Friendships need time and attention. They need to be prioritized not only in words but in deeds.

Take care of them as a precious garden. The reward is worth it.

10. Prioritize experiences.
Pleasure and the positive memories that great experiences offer far surpass material things. If you are trying to decide between the new sofa or the family trip, always do so.

Save and plan new adventures and meaningful experiences. Do not just dream about them, make them come true.
